"Concord Carpet and Hardwood replaced a back room of carpet in my home with vinyl and I was really happy with the experience. It turned out that the job was more work than anticipated (no surprise there) and the floor needed to be both leveled and waterproofed along the walls. Mark kept me updated the entire time of the cost and what was going on while also finding a contractor who could do the sealant (normally a small job that would be hard to hire for). I felt the prices were fair and I was really happy with the work that the team did. I'd love to work with them again!"
"We asked for 3 estimates for carpets (3 bedrooms) and hardwood floors (2 bedrooms). Three companies came to our house. We liked two company's presentation and professionalism. There were some logistical challenges with our selection (Supplier issue) and Barbara handled it with ease and expedience. Barbara worked hard for us and made sure we were completely satisfied! "I recently bought a home with old carpet, tile and oak wood flooring in desperate need of a make over quickly before I moved in. I researched online for the best flooring stores in the area and Concord Carpet and Hardwood was a the top of the list! I am so glad I found them based on their reputation. I even shopped the local competitors and found S&G to have higher material costs and LL Flooring didn't stand up to the quality of materials. CC&H was the best experience overall. Wonderful service from start to finish by Barbara! Helped guide me with luxury vinyl selections in my price point and did excellent in home measurements. Visited the job site in progress and came when completed with care instructions and warranty info. Full service at a reasonable price and a real pleasure to work with. And it gets better, the installer Fernando and Oscar were meticulous!! They are organized, kept a clean job site with open communication on progress/schedule. I had demo and install completed in a week (1500 SF home). I have already and will continue to recommend this small business! By far exceeded my expectations! Thank you Concord Carpet & Hardwood.
